Whole Life Coaching for Individuals and Change Agents
Personal Life Coaching
Coaching for Professional Change Agents
We all have a need for a safe and healthy environment as well as an innate desire to
live a meaningful life. With our hectic schedules it can seem impossible to uncover
what matters most to us and then sort out what we can do to help protect the planet;
but we also know that not living in congruence with our deepest values can leave us
feeling frustrated, anxious, depressed, impatient, and restless.
The coaching process helps you break this cycle by providing a simple but holistic
means for discovering the information, tools and support you need to:
- Live more fully in the present moment;
- Clarify your beliefs, values and priorities;
- Achieve your goals and reach your potential;
- Simplify your life, reduce your consumption and save money;
- Develop skills for clear communication and positive relationships;
- Create time for the people and activities that mean the most to you;
- Make choices that protect the planet and keep you feeling in integrity;
- Attend to the connection between your physical, emotional and spiritual health;
- Develop the ability to make these personally initiated changes last.
We all have the ability to change our lives and the lives of those around us, but this
level of coaching is for visionary individuals who find themselves in a position to
influence change in an organization or amongst a group of people with shared
values or purpose. It is for people who are committed to creating a new paradigm.
These clients are mission-driven activists, educators, nonprofit directors, small
business owners, and community leaders who want to understand themselves and
their stakeholders in order to be more effective. This process will show you practical
ways to bring your values to work and have a positive impact on global issues. In
addition to the list above, I will also work with you and/or those you manage to:
- Develop a shared vision of your role in a better world;
- Communicate your commitment and efforts to your network of affiliates;
- Take practical steps that reduce your organization's environmental impact;
- Acquire positive interpersonal skills to improve satisfaction and collaboration.
Many organizations are extending their definition of "success" beyond the narrow
confines of financial performance to include social and environmental measures as
well. These organizations have recognized that in addition to obvious ethical
advantages, a "triple bottom line" perspective also has other benefits. This
responsible approach has been shown to increase profits and productivity, improve
employee morale, develop positive public relations, and create a strong niche.
RSI helps people initiate deeply-rooted, long-term, systemic change that leads to personal well-being, social justice and environmental sustainability.
